Dr. Lowe is the Founder and President of the Nehemiah Community Development Corporation.
Dr. Robert J. Lowe, Th. D. became a licensed minister in 1980. In 1987 he was ordained in the Church of God in Christ by the late Bishop Charles H. McCoy. Currently he serves the church and community with honour and distinction.

Dr. Robert J. Lowe, Th. D. currently pastors the New Beginnings Church of God in Christ in Buffalo, NY.
He and First Lady Tonia D. Lowe are the Founders of the “One Flesh Ministries, which is a ministry dedicated to providing guidance and assistance for couples and families.
Alongside his wife, Dr. Lowe ministers to singles, couples and families, bringing hope and life to dying relationships.
Dr. Lowe presently sits as the Chairman of the Ordination Board, Church of God in Christ, Jurisdiction #2 of Western NY, and is also The Dean of the Jurisdiction’s Training Institute.
Committed to education and excellence, Dr. Lowe served in the capacity of a founding member at the Primary Hall Preparatory Charter School in Buffalo.
He also sat on the Buffalo Leadership Commission on AIDS (BLCA) Executive Committee and has served the City of Buffalo Family Court system as a mediator.
Dr. Lowe strongly believes in Nehemiah 4:14 “Fighting for the Families.” Pastor Lowe is married to Tonia D. Lowe and they have two beautiful daughters. Dr. Lowe is a proud graduate of the North Carolina College of Theology.
